SAIT GAUTENG REGIONAL COCKTAIL INVITATION

JOIN The S A Institute of Tax Practitioners for a Networking Evening - Thursday, 13 October, Wanderers Club, Illovo, Johannesburg.

You are invited to join the SAIT Gauteng Regional Committee and Deputy CEO, Alton Netshivhungululu  for a Johannesburg based cocktail party.   The Committee was established to promote interaction between SAIT and its members, as well as between members of the Institute and affiliated members.

Our guest speaker for the evening is Roxanna Nyiri from BDO Spencer.
She will discuss the recent legislative changes to transfer pricing legislation and changes to the OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
As well as the new South African headquarter company regime.

Roxanna completed her H.Dip in Tax Law and holds a master's degree (M.Com) in transfer pricing.

You are encouraged to bring along colleagues and friends to learn more about our Institute as well as listen to Roxanna's interesting talk!

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER

The Act requires that a minimum academic and practical requirments be set to register with a controlling body. Click here for the minimum requirements of SAIT.
