2016 Transfer Pricing Workshop


Transfer pricing is top of the agenda of most Multinationals today.

This half day workshop which is aimed at South African Multinational Enterprises is designed to educate the audience on South Africa transfer pricing legislation and application thereof, with working examples. This workshop will encompass transfer pricing principles and application from a global and local perspective.

Roxanna has extensive transfer pricing experience both in a consulting and auditing role. She consults to large Multinational Enterprises on all aspects of transfer pricing. She provides transfer pricing consulting services to Multinational Enterprises on amongst others, supply chain planning, optimal global structuring, mergers and acquisitions due diligences, tax authority response and negotiation and competent authority submissions

She has been on both sides of the market fence being a transfer pricing specialist for the ‘Big Four’ in South Africa, the United States and Canada and in various financial positions in diverse industries.

Roxanna has also been instrumental in the establishment of a transfer pricing unit at the South African Revenue Service. She has also received formal training from the IRS in the USA, IR in the UK and the ATO in Australia.

Roxanna is a frequent contributor of press and journal articles and radio and television coverage on a variety of transfer pricing and related topics.


Roxanna holds a B.Com, H. Dip (Tax Law) and M. Com (Tax – Transfer Pricing).
