2015 Transfer Pricing Workshop

Overview

This half day workshop which is aimed at SA Multinational Enterprises is designed to educate the audience on SA transfer pricing legislation and application thereof with working examples. This workshop will encompass transfer pricing principles and application from a global perspective demonstrating international principles and relevant case law.

ROXANNA NYIRI
Head of Tranfer Pricing

Roxanna has extensive transfer pricing experience both in a consulting and auditing role, consulting to large Multinational Enterprises on all aspect of transfer pricing. Roxanna is also extensively involved in assisting companies with group structuring and implementation for investment into Africa. She has been on both sides of the market fence being a transfer pricing specialist for the 'Big Four' in South Africa, the US and Canada and in various financial positions in diverse industries. She was instrumental in establishing a transfer pricing unit at SARS and has received formal training from the IRS in the USA, IR in the UK and the ATO in Australia. She has also lectured on a variety of transfer pricing topics at various global events and conferences and participated in the global Transfer Pricing Centre of Excellence for BDO. Roxanna frequently contributes to broadcast and print media coverage on a variety of transfer pricing and related topics. She holds a BCom in Business Economics, a Masters in Tax (Transfer Pricing) and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law.

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?
