Join us on 27 October 2015 at 15h00 for a webinar on the importance of users, user rights & user groups on eFiling.

This webinar will cover the reasons for each user having their own login and password on eFiling, the control of the user roles as well as the setting up of groups and the right attached to the groups. We will also cover the setting up of eSTT groups and rights.

Anton is the SAIT eFiling specialist, responsible to deliver eFiling and easyFile technical and training support for members. He has been involved with eFiling since inception in 2002 and easyFile since the launch of the software in 2008. He also has experience with practice management software and the integration of the software with eFiling.

Payments & Cancellations

All payments must be made by EFT or by credit card, at least 3 working days before commencement of an event.

 

  • Proof of payment will be requested at registration, if payment at that point in time has not been reflected on SAIT's bank account.
  • Kindly note that should payment not been received 2 days after the event, legal action will be taken
  • Only written notice of cancellation will be recognised.
  • Conditions:
    • If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 10 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
    • If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Delegates who book and fail to attend will be liable for the full event fee.
  • SAIT's liability in the case of an event being cancelled will be limited to a refund or credit of the event fee.
 


WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER

The Act requires that a minimum academic and practical requirments be set to register with a controlling body. Click here for the minimum requirements of SAIT.
