The new website seeks to put you the customer at the centre of our communication. We’ve tried to keep tax simple keeping you the customer in mind at all times. So we’ve:

  • Created pages for each tax with the documents, forms and FAQs all on one page
  • Made it simple for you to find a form, publication, branch and even an FAQ
  • Created pages by life stage, so we even tackle "Tax & Divorce”
  • Tailored our offerings for:
    • Individuals
    • Tax Practitioners
    • Businesses both large and small
  • Made the site less dense and more usable
  • And aimed to improve the navigation.

We really would appreciate your feedback so please tell us what you think by giving us your feedback
