SARS would like to advise that the due date for Third Party Data submissions for the period, 1 March 2013 to 28 February 2014 is from 1 May to 31 May 2014.

This requirement is according to Government Gazette No 36346 dated 5 April 2013 in which it was stated that the annual data must be submitted by the end of May each year. While no new Gazette will be issued for the 2014 year of assessment, the requirement to submit Third Party data from 1 May 2014 to 31 May 2014 remains the same.
