Important information in respect of appointments
a 60 minute appointment will be allowed for VAT registrations instead of 30
minutes as was previously the case. It is furthermore important to note
that the consultants in the practitioners unit are unable to assist with any
estate related matters. For assistance with estate cases you need to
visit our office at a date and time convenient to you and join the special
queue for estate queries. It is also no longer necessary to make an
appointment if you just need to collect 1 or 2 Tax Clearance Certificates.
We do have an express queue at the branches where you will get quick and
efficient service from the agents and consultants. To get an indication
of the length of the queues, as well as the average waiting times at the
office, please visit the SARS website and follow the steps described below.
