Schedule No. 2 - Imposition of provisional payments in relation to the alleged dumping of frozen bone-in portions of fowls of the species gallus domesticus, classifiable in tariff subheading 0207.14.90, originating in or imported from Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom - ITAC Report 479.

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
