The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) is
aware of several colleges and institutions purporting to offer higher education
programmes without registration by the DHET. In an attempt to warn the public,
the Department has published the following list of bogus colleges as a means to
raise awareness and warn the public about unscrupulous providers and their
SAIT as a responsible professional body hereby would like to
inform its members and the public interested in furthering their studies, to
take cognisance when choosing an institute and relevant programme.

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER
