We would like to warn all SAIT members that from 4 December 2015 all draft disputes in pending and saved status will be removed by SARS from the efiling platform. If you want to continue with a draft dispute, please do so before 4 December or else you will need to create a "fresh” dispute.

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
