The second Global Tax Policy Conference in association with Harvard Kennedy School will take place in Dublin Castle from 9-11 March 2016, and SAIT will be attending to support this important event. Titled ‘New Rules for a New Era’, the conference comes at a critical juncture in the implementation of a new global tax framework and will look at the impact of new rules on countries and companies.

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER
