Can someone please tell me what percentage we need to pass for the online exams?

I am in the process of registering an entity for applicable taxes. The company will trade under the banner of Debonaires Pizza. So, now a question: if a bakery in considered a process similiar to manufacturing will the baking of pizzas (raw materials (literally), processed, finished goods) be considered the same? Of course, this has significant implications when calculating your taxable income at year end.
Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
