Customs Modernisation Trader Survey
SARS have embarked on an approach of getting to improved the understanding of traders and their needs so as to inform the design of differentiated service channels and simplifications into the future. Following the first phase of the survey which has endeavoured to, at a high level, gauge the general opinions of traders, SARS released a on 10 June 2009 which that aims to ‘drill down’ to extract a lower level of detail.
