* SAIT Members registered as SARS Tax Practitioners are required to demonstrate their Tax Update CPD, either attending a SAIT accredited Tax Update or by completing the SAIT annual CPD questionnaire.





  • By purchasing the CPD subscription package you agree to the 12 months CPD subscription package
  • 100% Cancellation fee will apply when CPD subscription package is cancelled during the 12 month period
  • This CPD subscription packages does not include your Membership fee
  • Your CPD Subscription package is non-transferrable 
  • Your reference on your payment must be your invoice number
  • Once off CPD subscription package:
    • Payment is due within 7 days of purchasing the package
    • Your invoice will be cancelled if no payment is received within 7 days
  • Monthly debit order:
    • You are required to make 1st payment via EFT/Cash deposit, payment is due within 7 days from purchasing the CPD package
    • Invoice will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days
    • You will be required to sign a debit order form for the 11 remaining months of the CPD subscription
    • No credit cards can be accepted for the monthly debit order
    • Your debit order will continue until you cancel, if you wish to cancel your debit order you need to inform us in writing at accounts@thesait.org.za
  • Your invoice will indicate the full amount for 12 Months
  • The seminars included in the CPD subscription package will only be presented in main regions around South Africa, namely Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth & Pretoria

 

 

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
