1. Terms and Conditions

Your use of this website e-commerce/online  realtime payment facilities and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of South Africa and the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg Magistrate Court. .

Unauthorised, unlawful or fraudulent use of this website e-commerce facilities may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence liable for prosecution.

All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Your purchase of any materials or payments made on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

3. Return Policy

Return Policy Agreement: SAIT agrees to:

Accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order or making an online payment. Certain products or payments may be non-returnable/non-refundable items, but will be clearly marked as such from time to time in the product/payment/invoice description.

Refund the money in a way most cost and risk efficient to SAIT and not neccesarily in the same way the customer/member originally paid.

Process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return/refund request.

There is no handling fee payable in respect of any order within the borders of SA.

Any orders from outside of SA will be charged a R100 handling fee (irrespective of the size of the order), you must have a proper import permit from your country of domicile and be responsible for all duties payable to the customs authorities, and you will have to wait for the goods to come via surface mail.

All goods returned must be in original condition with original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable under normal circumstances. SAIT will however pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no handling fees and accept all returned items/refunds when the return is a result of the retailer’s error. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

We do not refund our/your credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER
