Overview

Owner-managers of small and medium businesses play multiple roles in relation to their companies. As a result, these owner-managers have many options for undertaking these withdrawals (e.g., dividends, salaries, shareholder-loan repayments and fringe benefits). The purpose of this webinar is to cover the viability and impact of these options, including operational tax considerations.
