By the time the seminars are presented you would have had the budget amendments, however, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act and the Revenue Laws Amendment Bill promulgated in 2010 have once again shown significant amendments to PAYE. The seminar is intended to concentrate on the new developments and adjustments made to our normal administrative burdens, resulting from a renewed concentration on PAYE related matters from SARS. The seminar is intended to assist with day to day activities and to improve practical application of revenue laws. It deals with real problems that have arisen during the past year for which delegates have requested help. Steve Krause - H Dip Tax-H Dip Tax International
Steve is an independant tax specialist in the field of PAYE, he is a Director of the South African Payroll Association. Steve is a well-known presenter in his field and has appeared on numerous occasions on Summit TV and regularly submits tax articles for publication through Tax Talk and Payroll World, to name a few.
Steve is the senior lecturer of the Advance Diploma in Payroll Taxation, offered by the International Institute for Tax & Accounting in conjunction with the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Steve prefers to interact with his audience to ensure that practical application can be found to the complexities of tax laws.

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
