YOU are the FUTURE!

ARE YOU READY FOR IT?

South Africa’s youth unemployment rate reached an all-time high of 55.90% in the second quarter of 2017. Don’t be a statistic; shape your own future as a tax professional by attending the SAIT Tax Student Conference!

Tax consultancy is considered a scarce skill in South Africa and a great deal of career opportunities await. Become the future of the tax profession; join the largest and most recognised conference dedicated to students interested in pursuing a career in tax.

 Overview

The SAIT Tax Student Conference ensures that higher education students from different academic fields in finance – taxation, law, accounting and commerce – are exposed to the wonderful opportunities and specialisations that exist in the tax world. The conference facilitates career decisions in line with individual skill sets and fields of interest.

Today, it is noted that around 80% of company hires are in some way "already known" to the employer through a shared contact in their professional network. The SAIT Tax Student Conference will provide students with maximum networking opportunities with key employers.

Students, this is your opportunity to meet future employers, learn more about the exciting world of taxation and compete in the Tax-Professional-for-a-Day Competition.

Entry to the conference will be free of charge to all higher education students. The only requirement for entry will be the submission of a detailed CV (see ticket link below) and your active participation.
