Please note that SAIT will only escalate operational issues that have already been escalated to a SARS Branch Manager as well as the SSMO without any success. Furthermore, only operational issues that relate to the Western Cape will be entertained.

You have the opportunity to escalate operational issues to the Institute to address with SARS Western Cape.
