  • SAIT regrets that no cash will be accepted as payment for any event.
  • All payments must be made by EFT or by credit card, at least 3 working days before commencement of an event.
  • Proof of payment  will be requested at registration, if payment at that point in time has not been reflected on SAIT’s bank account.
  • Confirmation of bookings should be received within 24 hours of booking date, if not received timeously, to urgently contact:
  • Venue dates and times are subject to change.
  • Kindly note that should payment not been received within 2 days after the event took place, legal action will be taken
  • Late registrations are required to provide proof of payment on entrance at the seminar

  • Only written notice of cancellation will be recognised. Please send cancellations to:
  • Conditions:
    • If the cancellation occurs more than 4 working days prior to the event no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • If the cancellation occurs less than 4 working days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Delegates who book and fail to attend will be liable for the full event fee.
  • SAIT’s liability in the case of an event being cancelled will be limited to a refund or credit of the event fee.

  • Substitutions of attendees within the same payment category may be made (i.e. a member may replace another member).
  • A R200 administration fee will be charged whereby a delegate wishes to transfer from one date to a different date of the same event. SAIT must be informed in writing of this transfer by no later than 14 calendar days before the commencement of the event. Failing to do so, will be considered a cancellation and the full fee will be payable.

  • If purchasing the CPD subscription package you agree to the 12 months CPD subscription package
  • Marketing mailers referring to all CPD subscribers are Tax Technician-, General Tax Practitioner-, Tax & Accounting-, Build your own- and SAAA Tax & Accounting Packages.  This excludes the Monthly Tax Update subscription package.

  • 100% Cancellation fee will apply when CPD subscription package is cancelled during the 12 month period
  • 50% Payment payable towards any CPD seminar or workshop
  • This CPD subscription packages does not include your Membership fee
  • Your CPD Subscription package is non-transferrable 
  • Your reference on your payment must be your invoice number
  • You hereby consent that your personal information will be shared with The Tax Faculty NPC as the provider of the CPD hosted in collaboration with SAIT.
  • The topics included in the CPD subscription package will only be presented as live webinars.
  • Once off CPD subscription package:
    • Payment is due within 30 days of purchasing the package
    • Your invoice will be cancelled if no payment is received within 30 days.
  • Monthly debit order:
    • You are required to make 1st payment via EFT/Cash deposit, payment is due within 7 days from purchasing the CPD package
    • You will be required to sign a debit order form 
    • Your debit order will continue until you cancel, if you wish to cancel your debit order you need to inform us in writing at

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.
