Tax Technician Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - Workplace Competency Assessment (WCA) includes:

Review and evaluation of a detailed candidate resume;
RPL Application form as prescribed by SAIT which will include:
- a summarised logbook of prior work performed;
- a letter of good standing from the professional body that the candidate belongs to in respect of obtaining a tax practitioner number (if not SAIT) and if self-employed;
An interview with the candidate, prior senior managers, or clients to confirm the candidate’s work standards and validity of work experience.
